Empire Series Concrete Batch Plants are high production plants that can be easily enclosed. They are designed for the increasing demands of today's high tech concrete industry with durability to last well into the future. This plant can easily be enclosed and can produce concrete around 200 yards per hour.

The Empire Series' advantage is in the silo design. The Empire Series Plant has a silo from 200 tons to 375 tons with two to six compartments. This design eliminates screw conveyors, reduces the number of piers and footers required, increases yard space and increases storage. It also keeps a relatively low overall height.

  • 3/16" Steel plate for 374 - 606 BBL silos

  • 1/4" Steel plate on First ring of 837 thru 1069 BBL silos

  • Pressure relief valve with cover

  • 4" diameter fill line with camlock coupling

  • 10" butterfly valve on silo and cement batcher

  • SOS-1020 Cartridge filter vent on top of silo

  • Low level indicator with lighted signal

  • Manual emergency slide gate

  • All electric solenoids have manual overrides

  • Quick release inspection hatch on top of silo to inside access ladder

  • Outside ladder with OSHA-approved safety harness, pipe rails and toeboard at top of silo

  • Aeration pads in cone of silo

  • Expanded metal service platform around batcher with toeboard

  • A-bracing on legs around batcher for screw conveyor clearance

  • Welded inside and out for added strength

  • Painted with a rust inhibitive primer and color-coated with dunes tan or slate grey
